Triple Win for employers

Fair migration of skilled workers for a sustainable future of nursing care.

The shortage of nursing staff is a major challenge for hospitals and care facilities in Germany. Triple Win offers you solutions to attract qualified specialists and trainees from abroad - based on fairness, sustainability and international cooperation.

Based on placement agreements between the Federal Employment Agency and the governments of our partner countries, we implement Triple Win in close partnership with the public employment services of these countries. This trusting cooperation guarantees you professional processes, transparency and quality - from the selection of specialists to their long-term integration into your team.

Global Skills Partnerships
Global Skills Partnerships

In addition to the placement of experienced specialists and trainees for the care sector, we also offer the establishment of long-term partnership models with the Global Skills Partnerships model. Global Skills Partnerships prepares international nursing staff specifically for the German labor market and at the same time strengthens the healthcare systems in their countries of origin.

We cooperate with various specialist partners to train international nursing staff in their home countries specifically for deployment in Germany. The required skills are part of the training plan, which enables direct recognition of the training in Germany. We currently offer this opportunity for nursing staff from the Philippines and India (Kerala).

Your advantages with Triple Win

With the International Placement Services (ZAV) of the German Federal Employment Agency and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Triple Win has two strong partners with extensive experience in the recruitment and integration of international skilled workers and trainees. For more than 10 years, we have been active as pioneers for fair skilled labor migration. Since then, we have placed more than 6,200 nurses and 390 trainees in Germany.

We match candidates and organize interviews between you and the nurses - online or in person in the partner country. And we relieve you of all administrative tasks related to the preparation and entry of the skilled workers, such as labor market admission and visas.

As an employer, you can be sure that all specialists placed by Triple Win are pre-qualified to undergo the professional recognition procedure in Germany.

We have in-depth knowledge of the current legislation in all federal states and advise and support both you and your international nursing staff throughout the entire recognition process.

Triple Win ensures successful expectation management and promotes sustainable integration. Nursing staff receive comprehensive preparation in their country of origin, while we support German employers with targeted integration workshops at your location.

We only place skilled labour from countries with a surplus of qualified personnel. Triple Win guarantees fair, transparent and reliable conditions for all parties involved and follows the ‘employer pays principle’.
