Advantages of Triple Win at a glance

Triple Win is an initiative of two governmental organizations that stand for fair and transparent migration. With us, you are in safe hands - from admission to the program to your arrival and integration with your new employer in Germany.

Triple Win aims to enable and strengthen fair migration - the program has been in place since 2013. Since then, we have placed more than 6,200 care workers and 390 trainees in Germany. Benefit from our experience!

Triple Win follows the “employer pays” principle: your German employer covers the expenses for the placement, the language course and your trip to Germany.

In an intensive course, you will learn German up to level B1 and complete the B1 certificate. The costs are covered by the program. If you pass the A2 and B1 exams on your first attempt, you will receive a cash bonus.

You will receive a German employment contract and a statutory minimum salary - with all social security benefits such as health insurance, pension insurance and paid vacation.

With our local offices, we support you in your home country with all questions and formalities. Our team will also support you in Germany, for example when dealing with the authorities and obtaining professional recognition.
