In Bosnia and Herzegovina, a government-to-government partnership has been in place with the Bosnian employment agency ARZ since 2013. In Germany, the International and Specialized Services (ZAV) arrange your placement with an employer in Germany. The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports ARZ with its own offices and a local team. The GIZ assists with your professional and linguistic preparation and helps you integrate in Germany.
Germany offers nurses a wide range of opportunities for their long-term professional development. With Triple Win, not only will your qualifications be recognized, you will also have a solid basis for building your career in the German healthcare sector. The skills and certifications you acquire will enable you to build on your qualifications – through further training, specialization or being promoted to a management position, for example.
Our support doesn’t end when you arrive in Germany. As a link between nurses and German employers, our team in Germany helps you with your integration, assists you with the initial administrative formalities, organizes virtual welcome meetings and helps you get your qualifications recognized.
“We stay in touch with the candidates throughout the Triple Win process – from their application to their full integration in Germany. We prepare nurses with free language classes, specialist seminars and orientation courses, and help to put them in contact with employers in Germany, conclude employment contracts and assist with their initial integration into German society.”
