In Jordan, a government-to-government partnership has been in place with the Jordanian Ministry of Labor since 2022. In Germany, the International and Specialized Services (ZAV) are responsible for your admission to the Triple Win programme and your placement with employers. The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the Jordanian Ministry of Labor with its own offices and a local team. The GIZ assists with your professional and linguistic preparation and helps you integrate in Germany.
Germany offers nurses a wide range of opportunities for their long-term professional development. With Triple Win, not only will your qualifications be recognized, you will also have a solid basis for building your career in the German healthcare sector. The skills and certifications you acquire will enable you to build on your qualifications – through further training, specialization or being promoted to a management position, for example.
Our support doesn’t end when you arrive in Germany. As a link between nurses and German employers, our team in Germany helps you with your integration, assists you with the initial administrative formalities, organizes virtual welcome meetings and helps you get your qualifications recognized.
„Our programme ensures fair recruitment without any expenses for participants – and a pathway for professional growth and success. Participants choose Triple Win for its integrity, reliability, and commitment to their well-being and career advancement.“

Nancy was the second Jordanian nurse to arrive in Germany in October 2023 as part of the Triple Win programme – after completing her German language course and making all the necessary preparations in Jordan. She has found her personal journey to be both challenging and rewarding.
Husam from Jordan arrived in Germany in April 2024. He had previously learned German in his home country and attended all the preparatory courses. “People are often surprised and think that I already have C1 level German.”
